Ely House 2004

Repaired external envelope of landmark Georgian Building including roofworks, brick re-pointing and window refurbishment. Lissadell carried out extensive refurbishment of the 4 storey facade which also involved replacing brick panels, specials and brick refacing. To the rear an Ashlar Lime render was applied. Lissadell also carried out repairs to traditional sash windows.
