Having completed works to the external envelope of Ely House in 2004 we were tasked with essential fire protection works and internal up-grade and fit-out of this 4 floor over basement landmark Georgian building. The project included a significant mechanical and electrical upgrade including re-wiring and the installation of an up-graded heating system.
Fire protection works included a range of fire stopping measures in floors, walls and door opes as well as treatment of historic door sets and the installation of an aspirating smoke detection system favoured in historic buildings for their sensitivity and discrete appearance.
