Giraffe Creche

Construction of a standalone creche building on green field site at Liffey Valley for a leading childcare franchise. This was the first of its kind in Ireland. In addition to the class rooms, with ‘en-suite’ baby changing areas, sleep rooms and admin rooms the build also includes car parking, landscaping and an outside play area.

• This creche was built as a working model for the creche franchise and remains one of their busiest branches
