Refurbishment of a Georgian building and its annexes together with construction of new three-storey Teaching Block, recital rooms and glazed link foyer. Fire upgrade and renovations were undertaken to the existing structure. The Dagg Hall, a concert hall annex at the rear, was also fully refurbished.
