    Project Summary

    Demolition of existing house and new build of a two storey retail outlet to fit into existing corner site. Restricted site with limited access required extensive piling into sandy base and structural support to neighbouring dwelling.

    Special Features

    Due to the sandy soil base extensive mini piling was required to support the new building while vibration monitoring was essential to observe movement in order to ensure the structural integrity of the neighbouring terraced house.
